Coffinworm’s myspace has a single line description of the band: ‘the arms of chaos grinding you into dust’. And quite true that is. Coffinworm create a crushing wall of death-doom, with thick sludgy riffs swirling around distorted feedback. A foreboding atmosphere is present throughout this demo, mixed with short plucked string interludes. If you like stuff like Eyehategod then chances are you will dig this a lot.

Very promising demo. Cannot wait for an album from these Sludge Metal Crusaders.
diggin it. rather than just doing "paint by numbers" sludge, there are some tasty little bits thrown in too.
