"Hastur was born in 1998 with Marco Basili (guitar, bass and voice) and Andrea Basili (drums). After few months we released a black death demo 'presunzione antropocentrica'. During the following years, we had to leave such musical project for line up problems. In those years (1999-2005) we worked at a different musical project: Krom. In 2005 we began working again on Hastur project with Marco (guitars and bass), Andrea (drums) and the new entry Gabriel Vittori (vocals). During the first months of 2006 we released the first cd “The end of existence”. In the same year Gabriel left the band. The band resumed activity in 2010 and found its final formation in the duo. In 2011 is out the second promo and we promote it with a european tour of 10 Gigs with Six Feet Under and one gig with Sepultura in Munich."
